I offer a variety of aromatherapy massage treatments in Brighton, Sussex, as well as providing a range of CPD courses for aromatherapists and massage therapists to develop new and existing skills.
I am an inclusive practitioner who specialises in women’s health, including treatments for puberty, fertility, pregnancy, post-natal support and menopause.
I also run workshops and classes to teach couples and families how to provide aromatherapy treatments at home, such as baby massage classes and couples workshop for labour.
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils applied to the body, mostly via massage to induce relaxation and well-being. The individual properties of the oils can help with a range of complaints from digestive issues to muscular aches & pains and emotional concerns.
My massage treatment combines traditional techniques and essential oils. At each treatment I will create a bespoke blend just for you.
You will benefit from the therapeutic effect of the oils, as well as the truly relaxing nature of the massage itself.

Working with a team of associates, we deliver IFPA accredited CPD courses for Aromatherapists. Our courses run throughout the year and cover a whole range of popular and emerging topics including pregnancy massage, aromatherapy for menopause, advanced massage techniques and acupressure and meridian massage. Previous Aromatherapy diploma required to join a course.
